Witraktor’s countrywide service network ensures that Caterpillar equipment in the region are working efficiently and customers can get the best possible benefit from their investment.

There are seven full service workshops, located all over the country: Vantaa, Turku, Tampere, Vaasa, Raahe, Kuopio and Oulu. The services at the workshops cover all the needs of CAT customers at every phase of the machines life cycle, including planned maintenance and troubleshooting but also complete machine and component rebuild projects.

Countrywide service coverage is completed with Witraktor’s field service. Over 50 fully equipped service trucks and highly professional field service technicians offer quick and cost effective service solutions to customers, wherever they are located. When scheduled maintenance work but also trouble shooting and repairs are done at the work site, the down time of CAT equipment can be minimized.

Spare parts

Witraktor can offer fast and reliable spare parts deliveries. You can find original Cat® spare parts from all Witraktor offices Finland. If we can’t offer the parts off-the-shelf, we’ll order them from Witraktor’s main parts warehouse (located in Vantaa) or Caterpillar distribution centres elsewhere in Europe. Due to superior logistics system, the parts are at customer’s job site typically during next day!

All genuine Cat® spare parts – new and Cat Reman parts – are manufactured to strict standards to keep your equipment running. We also provide original CAT lubricants, which reduce maintenance costs and ensure that components last longer.

Cat PartStore provides a fast and convenient way for you to order parts. 24 hours a day, seven days a week with possibility to pay with credit card. You will have access to updated electronic parts books for your machine and you can search for correct parts with your machines serial number.

Witraktor is an ideal partner for customers, who want to have as cost effective total solution as possible for their equipment. We don’t supply just machines, services or spare parts but customer tailored solutions. We want to help our customers to concentrate on their core business, by providing world class Life Cycle Services.

Condition Monitoring
Condition monitoring is the pro-active process of evaluating equipment and application data inputs in order to provide maintenance, component replacement, application and repair recommendations that help customers lower owning and operating costs, improve availability and reduce warranty costs.

Witraktor will analyze electronic data, fluids analysis results, inspection results, equipment history and site analysis into value-added recommendations for customers.

EMSolutions – Increase uptime, reduce operating costs
Choose the right amount of equipment management support you need and see your costs reduced. EMSolutions has five progressive levels ranging from basic connection to your fleet’s electronic data, to complete, proactive management of your fleet. Helping you grow a stronger business.

Training services for needs of the customer
Training is required to ensure error-free use of the machine. Through training, the customer can be sure the machine maximal output and significantly reduce maintenance costs. Our Technical Support handles training for our personnel and the customers, and ensures that our know-how is up-to-date both for new and older machines.

Fluid Analysis, S.O.S
Inside information direct from the life-blood of the machine - from fluids such as the hydraulic and engine oils and coolants. Cat® S.O.S SM (Scheduled Oil Sample) Services provide information to help you make maintenance decisions, reduce owning and operating costs, and maximize component life. This is a quick and easy program to help your equipment remain productive, and maximize the value of your investment.
